Heroic victory for BAXI Manresa on the Bahcesehir court
Diego Ocampo's team played a great game against one of the title contenders and achieved their eighth victory in Europe. Ubal and Obasohan were the standouts.

BAXI Manresa achieved a well-deserved victory on the difficult court of one of the strongest teams in the Eurocup, Bahcesehir College Istanbul of Turkey (92-96), in a game they dominated from the second quarter onward and withstood their opponent's late surge.
The start of the game was very evenly matched, with both teams trading baskets and leads. At the end of the first quarter, Diego Ocampo's players, accurate with their outside shooting, were winning by a single point (27-28).
In the second quarter, the visitors looked solid and, thanks to an 8-0 run, opened up a gap on the scoreboard, reaching a maximum lead of fifteen points (35-50). At halftime, Manresa enjoyed a thirteen-point advantage thanks to a final basket by Golden (39-52).
Returning from the locker room, the Bages team continued to comfortably dominate, preventing the Turkish side from getting close. By the end of the third quarter, Ocampo's men had the game firmly in hand (55-72).
In the final quarter, the home team displayed their full offensive potential and, led by Flynn, managed to mount a comeback in the final minute. Obasohan responded with a three-pointer, and after two scoreless possessions, Flynn missed a three-pointer, allowing Ubal and Reyes to seal the victory from the free-throw line.
On Sunday at 5:00 PM, BAXI Manresa will visit the challenging court of a EuroLeague team, Kosner Baskonia.
