Kids&Us Manresa was unable to secure its first win in the Liga Endesa, falling at the Nou Congost to a Unicaja side that took control from the middle of the first quarter (72-84).

The opening moments of the match were evenly contested, with both teams trading baskets. Shortly after, the Málaga-based side—led by former Bàsquet Manresa player Cameron Hunt—took command of the game, ending the first quarter with a six-point lead (16-22).

In the second quarter, Txus Vidorreta’s team continued to demonstrate its superiority, extending the lead to seventeen points (31-48). Baskets from Minchev and Oriola allowed their team to narrow the gap by halftime (35-48).

Returning from the locker rooms, the "reds" (Manresa) made a strong start; led by Notae, they managed to pull within six points (47-53). However, Unicaja did not allow them to get any closer, closing the third quarter with a seven-point advantage (57-64). In the final ten minutes, Ocampo’s men fought hard but were left unrewarded, as they faced a solid opponent that gave them no chance to contend for the victory.

On Tuesday at 8:30 PM, Kids&Us Manresa will return to play at the Nou Congost, this time hosting Italy’s Roma Basketball in another round of the EuroCup.
