Emanuel Ion Cate (born in Bucharest, Romania, on July 30, 1997) has been one of the most outstanding players on his team this year, with whom he has been proclaimed League and Cup champion in the last two seasons. In the domestic competition Cate finished with averages of 13.8 points, 7.7 rebounds and 20.7 efficiency. For his part, in the Eurocup he finished with 8.5 points, 4.4 rebounds and 12.4 efficiency, and was chosen in the second team of the competition.
