BAXI Manresa closed the regular phase of the Eurocup with a resounding victory on the court of the German Veolia Towers Hamburg (94-116).

The home team got off to a good start, scoring the first five points of the game, but Manresa responded, rallied, and took a seven-point lead (8-15). In a first quarter dominated by offense, the Germans once again took the lead (33-31).

In a closely contested second quarter, the players coached by Diego Ocampo controlled the game, but always by narrow margins. At halftime, the visitors were up by seven points thanks to some late possessions (54-61).

Coming out of the locker room, the Manresa team proved superior to their opponents, allowing them to open up a significant gap on the scoreboard. By the end of the third quarter, Manresa had the game firmly in their grasp (77-93).

The final ten minutes followed a similar pattern, and Ocampo's team, playing as a cohesive unit and leaving a positive impression, never looked troubled as they secured their eleventh victory in the Eurocup regular season.

On Sunday, starting at 5:00 PM, BAXI Manresa will play another Catalan derby away from their home arena, Nou Congost, this time on Barça's challenging court. It will be their last game before the break for the Copa del Rey and the FIBA windows.
