BAXI Manresa secured another Eurocup victory, defeating Slask Wroclaw of Poland in a game where they rallied in the second half (90-96).
After a close start, the home team scored eight consecutive points, opening up the first gap on the scoreboard (22-12). Ocampo's men then countered with a 0-9 run, closing the first quarter just four points behind (25-21).
In the second quarter, the Polish team dominated from start to finish, building a fourteen-point lead (44-30). The visitors tried to respond with three-pointers, but their opponents responded, going into halftime with an eleven-point lead (54-43).
After the break, Manresa came out stronger than the home team and, thanks to their accuracy from beyond the arc and improved rebounding, were able to chip away at the deficit, ending the third quarter tied at 64.
In the final ten minutes, neither team could pull away, and the victory had to be decided in a close finish. In the final moments, the Bages team, led by Ubal, found their rhythm and secured their sixth win in the continental competition.
