The Senior B of BAXI Manresa made its debut in the Super Cup with a victory against Nou Bàsquet Olesa (88-74).
Those from Bages took to the court with a very high pace of play, took control of the scoreboard and opened a ten-point gap at the end of the first quarter (20-10). The second was very even, with baskets exchanged, and at halftime the same difference was maintained (42-32). In the second half, the Baix Llobregat Nord team, more expert and superior in the paint, were more effective and closed the gap until they were only three points away (57-54), but immediately afterwards the home team punished their rival from the triple and in open field situations to obtain the definitive income.
On Saturday starting at 19:15 BAXI Manresa B will visit the court of a JAC Sants from Barcelona that also debuted with victory, in its case against Sant Cugat (61-53).
