The senior B of BAXI Manresa has achieved this Sunday the second victory in the Super Copa after defeating Círcol Cotonifici in the Nou Congost with a result of 78-57. With this result the Bages team is placed in the fourth position with a balance of 2 wins and 1 loss, in addition to remaining undefeated in the Nou Congost.

Manresa dominated the game from the start, even though they did not close the game at half-time. In the second half, thanks to the success from the three-pointer, the Manresa team managed to close the game and return to winning ways after losing at JAC Sants last week.

Carlos Flores, Senior B coach, made these evaluations of the game: "We wanted to return to being the brave and daring team that shares the ball, that defends solidly, that runs and that has a very direct rhythm in attack and we have done it. We have closed a game that gives us a lot of confidence to continue working in the same line and a lot of learning to face the next commitments".

On loan: Naspler's first win with Zamora

Toni Naspler and Zamora have debuted with a victory in their debut in LEB Plata. The Zamora team defeated Fundación Globalcaja La Roda 71-62 on the first day of the competition, in a game in which the point guard on loan from BAXI Manresa played a leading role. The manresa-born player has played a total of 31 minutes, in which he has contributed with 4 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists, finishing the game with 9 credits of efficiency.
