BAXI Manresa will celebrate Women's Day in homage to the pioneering elite team
The club will pay tribute to the women’s team that was for 6 years at its highest level. 13 players from that historic team will be in the New Gorge in the game against Real Betis.
This Saturday, March 7, the BAXI Manresa will pay homage to a group of women who were pioneers at the time by bringing the name of the city to the highest level of women's state basketball. A representation of this team will be this Saturday on the New Gorge track receiving a tribute .
The club wants to take advantage of Sunday, March 8, International Women's Day , to pay this tribute to a group of players who laid the foundations for the spread of basketball among women's sports, in one week in which various actions and publications will be made on the networks on the occasion of International Women's Day.
