Salva Camps, new assistant coach of BAXI Manresa
The Sant Adrià de Besòs native will join Pedro Martínez's staff this summer to replace Xevi Pujol.
BAXI Manresa already has the assistant it has lacked since the conversion of Xevi Pujol to become Sports Director of the club. This is Salva Camps, an assistant with years of experience in the Endesa League, and who until now had been at Herbalife Gran Canaria, as an assistant and as head coach at LEB Plata.
Salvador Camps Sanjosé (born on May 19, 1979 in Sant Adrià de Besòs) will join the BAXI Manresa technical team in the coming weeks. He is a former player who toured a large number of ACB and LEB teams in Spain (Inca, Menorca, Cantabria, Gran Canaria, Huelva, Palencia...), and who later began in the foreigner a race like trainer that would follow in la Penya and, later, in Herbalife Gran Canaria. He is currently in Las Palmas as the coach of the LEB Plata team of the Claretian club, having been an assistant in the first team.
