A BAXI Manresa with courage defeats Tenerife in the Congost
Diego Ocampo's team dominated the scoreboard from start to finish, working hard to defeat one of the league's top teams. Their ninth victory came courtesy of goals from Oriola, Bassas, and Reyes.

BAXI Manresa resumed the Liga Endesa with a resounding victory at the Nou Congost against La Laguna Tenerife (86-80), in a game they dominated from the start but couldn't seal the win until the final stretch.
The players coached by Diego Ocampo got off to a good start, scoring the first six points of the game. From then on, the home team dominated the scoreboard thanks to their accuracy and defensive rebounding, building a nine-point lead (23-14). At the end of the first quarter, the score was 25-19.
In the second period, the home team continued to lead, but always by a narrow margin. The visitors, meanwhile, closed the gap to two points several times, but were unable to mount a comeback. At halftime, Manresa led by nine points (46-37).
After the break, the pattern remained largely the same, with Manresa keeping Txus Vidorreta's men at bay. At the end of the third quarter, the home team led by eleven points (70-59).
In the final ten minutes, the visitors narrowed the gap to just one point in the closing possessions (80-79). However, the home team managed the situation well and secured a hard-fought victory.
On Wednesday at 6:00 PM, BAXI Manresa will play their Eurocup Round of 16 game on the challenging court of Turk Telekom Ankara.
