
BAXI Manresa starts the preseason in Sant Julià de Vilatorta
The first rival of the preseason was MoraBanc Andorra, in a closely contested match that ended with a score of 96-101.

BAXI Manresa 2025-26 began the preseason with a narrow defeat to MoraBanc Andorra (96-101) in a match played in Sant Julià de Vilatorta.
The match started with a fast pace from both teams, and although Andorra opened the scoring, the Reds quickly came back, posting an 8-0 run to take a seven-point lead (17-10). Joan Plaza's team then reduced the deficit and ended the first quarter just two points behind (26-24).
In the second quarter, Bages's team got off to a strong start, but Andorra fought back and took control of the scoreboard with six consecutive points (37-40). The match ended with Andorra winning by just one point (44-45).
Coming out of the locker room, Plaza's men held their lead and held a six-point margin (55-61). However, Diego Ocampo's team remained close and ended the third quarter just one point behind (72-73).
In the final ten minutes, neither team was able to break the deadlock, leading to a toss-up finale. MoraBanc Andorra was more in tune and took their first win of the preseason.
On Sunday at 6:00 PM, BAXI Manresa will play again in Sant Julià de Vilatorta, this time against Hiopos Lleida.
