Kids&Us Manresa secured their fourth victory in the EuroCup group stage by defeating Lithuania’s Lietkabelis Panevezys on their home court, in a game that the visitors dominated from the start (66-80).
Diego Ocampo’s squad—featuring debutant Scuka in the starting lineup—got off to a strong start and quickly took control of the scoreboard. By the end of the first quarter, Manresa, finding success from long range, held a ten-point lead (14-24).
In the second period, the visitors remained solid and maintained control of the game. A decisive 0-14 run extended their lead to 23 points (20-43), though the Lithuanians managed to trim the deficit to seventeen by halftime (28-45).
After the break, the hosts made a strong start, closing the gap to just eleven points (34-45). However, the team from Bages soon regained their composure, finishing the third quarter in a commanding position (45-67). Over the last ten minutes, Ocampo’s men have had no trouble containing their opponent’s attacks; they remained solid throughout and secured their fourth win of the EuroCup season.
On Saturday, starting at 6:00 PM, Kids&Us Manresa will host Monbus Obradoiro at the Nou Congost.
