BAXI Manresa exceeds 3600 subscribers and is in record numbers
The club surpasses the best forecasts and reaches a historic figure. If the influx during the season is as expected, the Manresa court will never have seen so many people. The fans have made it small
"The strength of our people" was the motto of the season ticket campaign in mid-June, just after a historic season for Básquet Manresa. The strength of all these people is demonstrated by having more crowds than ever in the stands of the Nou Congost. The good social moment the club is experiencing is almost unprecedented.
This season, BAXI Manresa exceeds 3,600 subscribers at the start of the season, a figure that can be further expanded during the course. The public of the Nou Congost, which already last season managed to make it one of the most packed pavilions in the league, remains loyal to the team and will fill another season in the Bages team matches as home.
For the 2022-23 season there have been more than 700 new subscribers. The Bages public has responded after a successful season like 2021-22. More than half of the new subscribers are from outside the Bages capital. Most are from the region, but there are other towns further afield, such as Cervera, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Torredembarra or Reus.
The ticket areas with the most occupancy are the General, Premium General and Cheering Stand, which cannot accommodate more season tickets. A small number of tickets remain for sale for the matches, basically in the tribune areas.
The Nou Congost has become too small to watch basketball there. The growth takes the management of the capacity of the pavilion to the limit: for subscribers, ticket sales and other commitments. This makes it absolutely essential to be able to expand its capacity. It is necessary to be able to take advantage more than ever of "the strength of our people".
