Bàsquet Manresa incorporates the 34-year-old Barcelona coach Carlos Flores, who will take over the management of the organization's youth teams. Flores, who last season coached the Balearic Club Bàsquet Sant Antoni in the LEB Plata, will also coach the club's training teams.

Flores began his career on the benches in 2013, and did so in the lower categories of Barça, where he was a member of the club's professional coaching staff for eight seasons. Later, in February 2021, he became a coach at the Club Bàsquet Sant Antoni in the EBA League. In his first season he qualified the team for the promotion play-off to LEB Plata, a category to which he ended up being promoted to the offices after the resignation of some teams. Then, on June 12, 2021, he renewed his contract to make his debut at LEB Plata, where he has managed to qualify the team for the play-offs in both seasons, also reaching the cup final.

In addition, the Barcelona native has been a member of the technical team of the youth selections of the Spanish Basketball Federation since 2018. During this time he has worked as an assistant in the under-14, under-16 and under-22 categories. His last experience was in 2022, when he was an assistant in a European under-16 in which they won the silver medal.
