The Czech Patrick Auda re-signs with ICL Manresa

The wing-pivot will play one more season in the Bages, after getting an average of 9.1 points and 4.6 rebounds in 10 games last season.

Auda will still dress the ICL Manresa’s jersey. The Czech pivot and the Bagenc club were on the same page to get a deal done for next season after he played the last 1o regular season games under coach Ibon Navarro.

Patrik Auda (born in Brno, August 29, 1989) renewed his connection with Manresa Bàsquet. After having played well the final part of last season with the team in red, the club and the player got an agreement for stretching on the contract for one more year. Like the fans at Nou Congost already know, Auda is a versatile wing-pivot of 2.06 meters with capacity to go to the dirty areas, but also good shooting skills. Moreover, he could be the “number 5”. His contract is for a season.

Pere Romero, Sports director of ICL Manresa said «he expressed a lot of interest for staying, and made an effort to follow the team after playing decently the final part of the regular season». Romero also added, «He is a player, who can play wing-pivot and pivot and the team was interested in resigning him at the end of last year».
