The team from the capital of Bages continues to take shape for the next season now with the arrival of the American interior Grant Golden, an intelligent and warrior pivot. He is 27 years old, stands 2.08m and signs for one season.
Grant Golden (born in Winchester, Virginia, United States on January 15, 1998) arrives at BAXI Manresa to be a reference among interior men. He is a 27-year-old player with 2 years of experience in Europe. In the last campaign, without going any further, he was 3rd in the BCL with AEK, his previous team. In the 2024-25 season he has averaged 8.5 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.6 assists.
The new signing from Manresa trained at the University of Richmond (2016-2022) and then went to the Grand Rapids Gold, the G-League team of the Denver Nuggets. In the 2023-24 season he begins his European adventure at the Italian Vanoli Cremona before arriving at AEK Athens, already consolidated as a player in Europe and being one of the key men of his team this season. He signs a contract with BAXI Manresa for the next season.
