BAXI Manresa signs Gustav Knudsen, a promising Danish forward
The Bages team has signed the 2.03m Danish forward, who played last season for Spirou Charleroi in Belgium (league and European Cup). Knudsen, who made his Liga Endesa debut with Zaragoza, has signed for the next three seasons.
BAXI Manresa has signed Danish forward Gustav Knudsen, a 22-year-old, 2.02m tall forward from Spirou Basket in Belgium. Knudsen signs a three-year contract.
Gustav Knudsen (born in Lyngby-Taarbæk, Denmark, on April 16, 2003) has competed this year in the BNXT and FIBA Europe Cup with Spirou Basket. In the domestic competition, he averaged 7.7 points, 4.2 rebounds, and a PIR of 10.1 in 23.6 minutes, while in Europe, he finished with 9.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, and a PIR of 12 in 24.5 minutes. The Dane trained at Casademont Zaragoza and played two games in the ACB.
He is a forward with athletic, rebounding, and defensive ability. Knudsen aims to continue advancing in his career by reaching a major competition and in an ideal environment for his development.
