Bàsquet Manresa, the ACB and the City Council address the need to remodel the Nou Congost
The President of the ACB, Antonio Martín, visited the Nou Congost in Manresa today to discuss, among other issues, the need for the future remodeling of the court, with the highest managers of the club and the City Council.
The Manresa Basketball Executive Committee, headed by its president, Jordi Serracanta, today received the president of the ACB, Antonio Martín, at the Nou Congost, to address in a working meeting the Club's main challenges, among which the renovation and adaptation of the court. The meeting, organized by the club, also had the presence and participation of the mayor, Marc Aloy, as well as other members of the municipal groups of Manresa City Council.
Antonio Martín, President of the Association of Basketball Clubs, was able to meet and share the needs and the evolution of the remodeling project of the Nou Congost, one of the historic places of the Endesa League. The president of the ACB was also able to see first-hand the transversal involvement of the city with the club and the new opportunities that a new facility will bring to an emblematic city in the history of the ACB, a commitment that he fully shares. The meeting was organized by the Manresa Basketball Executive Committee, formed by president Jordi Serracanta, together with Montse Seubas, Jordi Singla, Marc Bernadich and Albert Cots. On behalf of the Manresa City Council, apart from the mayor, Antoni Massegú, Councilor for Sports, participated; Valentí Junyent, First Lieutenant of Mayor, and Anjo Valentí, head of the PSC Municipal Group.
