Bàsquet Manresa and Mutuacat sign a sponsorship agreement
The club and the insurance company start a bond that will give visibility to both parties, who share values.
Bàsquet Manresa and Mutuacat have signed a sponsorship agreement for this season. The event took place at the Nou Congost and was formalized by Josep M. Herms, president of Bàsquet Manresa and Sergi Macià, general director of Mutuacat.
These are two entities, born in Manresa, that have a clear projection beyond. The basketball club's first team competes in the highest category of Spanish basketball, and Mutuacat is a benchmark in sports insurance in Catalonia and the rest of the State.
But, in addition, Bàsquet Manresa and the insurance company share values and work for a healthy society through sport. Mutuacat, a non-profit entity, highly values the importance of grassroots sports in the sports club and its work in training young people in values such as effort, respect and teamwork.
"We are very happy to be able to announce this agreement with Mutuacat," said Josep M. Herms, president of Bàsquet Manresa. "It is a close entity with great experience in the world of sport. We are sure that this collaboration will be very positive mutually".
For his part, Sergi Macià stated “We are proud to be able to collaborate with BAXI Manresa. It is a club with great history and great projection. Seeing our logo and the claim Sport Mutuacat in the Nou Congost excites me, as a Manresan and as director of Mutuacat."
Leo Martínez, deputy to the General Management of Mutuacat, has also celebrated the agreement: "The collaboration will help us increase our visibility and position ourselves as a leading company in the sports insurance sector."
